Our Leadership
Meet Our Owner
Art Brzezicki brings a deep, multigenerational foundation in construction to Rare Raleigh Restoration. His background is rooted in family expertise—his grandmother was an architect, and his mother is a structural engineer—instilling an early respect for design, precision, and building things the right way.
Art began working in construction at age 18, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including cellular tower and network construction during the industry’s transition to 3G. He later attended North Carolina State University, where he studied business management, combining technical field knowledge with a strong understanding of operations, planning, and client service.
After college, Art worked extensively within his family’s real estate business, focusing on home rentals and residential flips. During this time, he worked directly under experienced foremen and tradespeople, learning every major trade involved in residential construction—from framing and structural work to finishes and problem-solving in real-world conditions. This experience shaped his practical, detail-driven approach and his ability to manage projects holistically.
Seven years ago, Art founded Rare Raleigh Restoration with a focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term relationships. As a family-owned business, Rare Raleigh Restoration specializes in custom residential projects, renovations, and restorations—approaching each project with accountability, transparency, and pride in workmanship.
